Refund Policy

We stand behind SmartFootage. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, this policy explains your options.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. This applies to first-time Pro subscribers only.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@smartfootage.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a billing period, except within the 7-day guarantee window.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
- Purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request
- Subscription renewals — the guarantee applies to the initial purchase only
